Big Breaking : Bachchu Kadu Joins Shinde’s Shiv Sena

Desk । Mumbai
In a significant political development in Maharashtra, Prahar Janashakti Party founder Bachchu Kadu officially joined Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena on Thursday.

The grand joining ceremony took place on a massive stage in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Kadu was warmly welcomed into the party amidst a large gathering of workers and supporters.

On the same day, Bachchu Kadu also filed his nomination papers as the Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) candidate for the upcoming Legislative Council (Vidhan Parishad) elections.

Speaking at the event, Kadu made it clear that his decision was not driven by lust for power, but by the commitment to work for farmers, labourers, and persons with disabilities.

“I am taking up the bow and arrow not for power, but to strongly raise the voice of farmers and the deprived sections,” Kadu said.

He revealed that he had held detailed discussions with Eknath Shinde on key issues including guaranteed MSP for farmers, support from sowing to harvesting, welfare of tribal communities, and strengthening the Divyang Ministry.

Kadu also pointed out the neglect of widows under the ‘Ladki Bahin’ scheme and demanded more empowerment for the Ministry dedicated to persons with disabilities.

“Shinde Saheb has created a separate Divyang Ministry, but it needs to be made stronger. Only after receiving positive assurances on all these issues, I decided to join Shiv Sena,” he stated.

Firmly asserting his stand, Kadu said he will work to strengthen Shiv Sena but will never compromise on the issues of farmers and divyang persons.

On the question of a ministerial berth, Kadu clarified, “I am not here for a minister’s post. I don’t ask for positions. If I wanted one, I would have demanded it long back in Guwahati. While others were lobbying for ministries, I was fighting for a powerful Divyang Ministry.”

He further added emotionally, “My job is to work honestly as a dedicated worker. I want to begin and end my political journey with Shiv Sena.”

Bachchu Kadu also clarified that his social organisation, Prahar Janashakti, will continue its independent social work.
